Our Services

Here at KCK we provide two management options:

Option 1-

Full time host management charged at 17.5% of your total revenue:

Option 2-

Fixed monthly rental (by application only)

During our initial meeting we assess your needs and decide on which of our services best suits.
Selecting the flexible leasing option means your rent is guaranteed for the entire term of the management agreement with no commissions or hidden fees.
selecting to have your property managed provides you with the maximum potential revenue generation but without the guaranteed rent. (we win and lose together).
With a deep understanding of our clients needs we are well positioned to optimise your listing and generate the largest interest
On our fixed rental option KCK Property Solutions take over responsibility and cost of basic maintenance and upkeep of your property. Any larger maintenance issues we fully manage with your approval.
With management we take care of any maintenance to the property with your approval.
At the end of the agreement you will have 3 options: i To extend the contract. ii Have the property returned to you (in the same if not better condition then we received it), iii KCK Property Solutions arrange the purchase of your property
